Common Questions

Is there a presale call?

No. Foundation is a standardized, productized offering, so it does not require pre-sale discovery. After purchase, we include a standard kickoff to confirm your liaison, cadence, and outputs.

what about Zoom?

Zoom/Teams is for delivery alignment, not selling. We include a standard 20-minute kickoff after purchase (and additional onboarding help as needed via email/tickets).

What support do I get?

Guided onboarding support via email/tickets to help your designated liaison set up. Foundation does not include custom engineering.

How is data handled?

Foundation operates independently and does not require integration into existing systems. We capture only what your liaison provides for shift continuity artifacts.

Can we pay by invoice / Net 30 / PO?

Yes. Government billing supported: Net 30 invoice, PO accepted. You may pay by ACH or card.

Can I save and finish signup later?

Yes. You can save progress and resume later; nothing is submitted until confirmation.

Who can activate or change alert status?

Only the designated liaison (or authorized backup). Activation and all-clear follow the Activation Protocol.
